Shame

** The information in this blog is parts of a book that the author is sharing for feedback.  No information can be copied without the author’s permission.

The emotion of shame comes when we feel as though we have done something wrong.  This emotion brings a combination of fear and anxiety.  We have choices in how we deal with shame.  We can turn it into denial and anger or we can turn it into knowledge that the acceptance of what happened was for our spiritual growth.  There are two types of shame.  The first type is when  we feel as though our actions resulted in someone else getting physically or emotionally hurt.  The other type of shame comes when someone hurts us physically or emotionally.  Either path will bring us to humiliation to be humbled by Something Greater.  When we are humbled, this builds the strength which is the foundation to who we are in our body.  When we hurt others, we learn to appreciate what that person has been to us in our life.  This is the beginning of change as we open up to gratitude for what we have or did have with this person. This is an opportunity to take the feeling of regret and turn it into hope.  Hope for the new found knowledge of what this person means to us and why they are in our life.  Do we want to continue with this relationship and if so, new boundaries must be set to change the negative feelings into something positive.  Through this process, Something Greater slowly guides us to find the beauty and all it stands for in our life.  We will be touched by the feeling of this essence inside of our mind and heart.  We will begin to view the world around us as a school yard as we are learning how to travel the path to the awareness that there is Something Greater.

Taking Responsibility

** The information in this blog is parts of a book that the author is sharing for feedback.  No information can be copied without the author’s permission.

The times we find our self holding others responsible for how we feel is the beginning of a whole new relationship with our self.  When we become aware that we are holding someone else accountable for something we need to be responsible for, a change in our perspective of who we are and what role we are playing with those around us occurs.  Taking that awareness and learning what we are feeling in these situations brings us closer to our self.  We can then detach misplaced thoughts and feelings and welcome them as our own.  This process will bring us new found strength as we gather all our energy that we have given to others.  It is like the sun that shines on the flower to grow into full bloom.  We are growing with each new realization and making the pathway for Something Greater to use us as a vessel.  Just like the stream that flows through the forest, it too will become cluttered with debris after a storm.  Clearing the way is necessary for the waters to continue to flow smoothly. By taking responsibility for who we are, we can accept today and  find peace in the knowledge that Something Greater bestows upon us.

We Are Not Alone

With Something Greater in our life, we will take hopelessness and turn it into strength.  We will take fear and turn it into faith.  We will take pain and heal with the love that this essence pours into us in our dreams.  We will turn our anger into forgiveness.  We will turn our desperation into hope.  We will turn our sorrow into learning.  We will turn our regrets into lessons.  We will love unconditionally.  We will know that we are not alone and love will pour into us for peace and knowledge of what is to come.  We are being protected by Something from another place and no harm will come to us when we believe in this essence.  When we ask for help, we are heard through the faith of this promise.  Our time is irrelevant in the place that brings our answers.  A place that sees all and knows all.  A place that hears all our thoughts and feels all our emotions.  A place that feels our pain and hears our cries.  There will come a day when we will take our mind above this illusion we are currently living in and look down on it all with pride.  We will know we are a part of Something Greater and we will look for the guidance in our world that will bring us to a new understanding.  We will bring these thoughts into our reality.  If we are full of pain, we will see it all around us. If we are full of happiness, we will see it all around us.  Knowing the universe is alive brings us to an understanding about our consciousness.  When we become more aware, we will get caught up in the wave of this knowledge that picks us up and places us into a whole new understanding of who we are and what we are doing in our world.

Building Our Kingdom

** The information in this blog is parts of a book that the author is sharing for feedback.  No information can be copied without the author’s permission.

We are building our kingdom within our self on hope and faith of what is to come.  We need to look towards the part of our self that gives us the understanding of who we are and the knowledge of why we are here.  We have a gift to give to others as Something Greater teaches us how to find the love in giving.  Something Greater teaches us how to love our self and how to appreciate the beauty of who we are today.  This essence loves unconditionally and basks in the glory of our creation.  This power calls to us inside in attempts to help us recognize the beauty that we hold and to teach us how to let it shine out to others.  Like the sun that shines through the window, Something Greater shines through us out into the world.  The blending of this essence with our mind and body will bring periods of feeling like we are mixing the batter to bake a cake.  As we stir everything together and pour the mixture into our heart, it bakes into our soul.  Some of us may need to mix everything together for several life times until the moment comes when the knowledge seeps through all that makes us who we are today.  We will realize in an instance that Something Greater has always been with us as we have anticipated this moment since the beginning.  As we fight with our fears of this knowledge, the clarity shines inside.  The fire burns inside of us and will reflect in all we think and feel.  The wind will begin to talk to us as we realize that we bring the experiences to us for knowledge.  This essence will manifest into our reality through our thoughts and emotions.  It may appear as though the explanations are simple, but even the appearance of the stars in the sky will tell us that Something Greater is at work from behind the veil.  The appearance that there is a separation needs to occur just as the fire cannot burn in the water. To bring the essence of Something Greater into our world is a perfect process.  We need the seed to be firmly planted into the ground to grow into the flower just as we need to expand this essence into our mind and body.  We may have to go through several life times to reach the understanding that we are bringing this essence into our physical world.  Those of us who are physically sick have created our ailments in attempts to bring our fears to the surface as we seek for the pathway to our relationship with Something Greater.  Each of us are chosen for this task and we all will experience this awakening.

Thoughts and Emotions

** The information in this blog is parts of a book that the author is sharing for feedback.  No information can be copied without the author’s permission.

Our thoughts come from our emotions.  Our emotions come from a presence that we are not consciously aware of at this time in history.  Emotions are the essence of who we are, where we come from, what is behind our intensions and what we believe is our reality. If we view the rain as being full of storms and miss the beauty behind the view, our energy level is compromised.  Our inability to "feel good" results in our thoughts becoming negative in nature.  When this occurs, our ability to connect with something greater is difficult because we need to "feel good" to "think good".  The combination of how we feel and what we think determines our connection to Something Greater.  If we have more emotions of a positive nature, our thoughts will surely follow.  We are consciously more aware of our thoughts and this is the area to change the negativity so it can trickle into our emotions.  There are days when both our emotions and thoughts are balanced either in a negative way or a positive way.  The more negative we become, the more susceptible we are to depression, to anger, to jealously and to fear.  The more positive we are, the more susceptible we are to love, to joy, to happiness and to laughter.  For those of us who have a balance of negativity, the presence of darkness and gloom emerges and it will open our emotions to thoughts that will come from a negative presence.  We will begin to see our reality as a fearful world with this negativity.  Some of us reach such a level of fear and pain that we hurt our self or others physically and emotionally.  This is the place where the knowledge comes from that some call evil.  It results in an experience that some religions call hell.  We can choose to take control of our thoughts first and the emotions will surely follow. As we become more balanced with positive thoughts and emotions, the connection to Something Greater can occur.
